With a diverse audio and editorial background, Sam has created and contributed to a wide variety of audio storytelling projects.
Heritage Radio Network
Since 2024, Sam has been a producer, audio engineer, and reporter for NYC-based food podcasting network Heritage Radio Network, or HRN. As a Research and Radio Fellow, Sam wrote stories and produced numerous episodes of Meat + Three, including the Signal Award and Davey Award winning "The Bittersweet History of Pralines".
Sam now engineers and produces several different podcasts on the network, including The Build, Meat + Three, Japan Eats!, Progressive Hedonist with Dana Cowin, and Pizza Quest. Sam has also produced, engineered, and hosted multi-episode arcs on the network for the limited series From The Pantry.
